My objective was to amplify the number of daily active users by escalating engagement and promoting return visits to the app. This appeared to contradict our goal of reducing session lengths, but we opted to focus on broadening the app's user community.

The search section is where users engage the most. The package page is crucial for helping users select the right holiday package. To reduce session length, we aimed to present simplified and essential information, minimizing cognitive load.
Boosting Regularly Participating Visitors (RPVs) Our plan to uplift RPVs lays emphasis on magnifying user involvement via a user-friendly design, pertinent content, and fluent user experiences. Our goal to make the app more enticing and user-friendly aims to draw new visitors while motivating recurring visitors to interact more frequently thus amplifying our active visitor group.

To boost DAUs, our strategy focuses on enhancing user engagement through intuitive design, relevant content, and seamless experiences.
By making the app more appealing and easy to use, we plan to attract new users and encourage existing users to return more frequently,
thereby expandingour active user base.
We initiated the evaluation with a heuristic analysis using Jakob Nielsen's 10 Heuristic Principles. This approach helped us identify
potential user experience issues aligned with these principles. In addition to the heuristic evaluation, we conducted an intuition-based
assessment, where we pinpointed issues based on our instincts and user empathy.

services, including booking air tickets, hotel accommodations, bus and rail tickets, travel packages, and car rentals. Additionally,
MakeMyTrip facilitates access to visa processing services and travel insurance. The platform offers users a seamless experience across all major domestic full-service and budget airlines in India. MakeMyTrip extends its services through multiple distribution channels, such as its website, call centers, airport counters, travel stores, a network of travel agents throughout India, and mobile applications. Other than Heuristic-based evaluation, we also considered Intuition-based evaluation, where we found issues based on our intuitions.
